Outages expected for the citymancs forum

There is expected to be some outages to the site in the coming day(s) as hosting is moved from the US to the Netherlands. I have requested this be done late at night for us but it would not be unusual for a webhost to do their own thing. I hope that this move will decrease latency for the site.

This work is completed and hopefully things are a bit quicker now for those in Northern Europe.
