Women's boxing is brilliant at all levels considering the length of time it's been officially recognized.  I had the privilege of seeing Katie Taylor train with the elite Irish squad when my son was boxing and she used to spar with the men.  She inspired lot's of girls to take it up and my club (Paulstown) saw a massive influx after the 2012 Olympics.  They were a joy to coach and quite a few of them went on to represent Ireland.
