Hi all,

Hope this is OK to post here.

My son Sam will be running the Surf Coast Century in Australia on September 13th in aid of the Palestinian Children Relief Fund (PCRF). This is a 100km run and he's doing it solo.

This is from his gofundme page:
"Hi folks,

On September 13th, I'll be attempting to run 100km in the Surf Coast Century to raise money for the Palestinian Children Relief Fund (PCRF).

I've ran a half marathon before and it was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my whole life, so why not do 5 times that for charity. Tt's for a good cause and nothing like what the kids in Palestine are going through.

If like me, you've felt helpless watching all this unfold, you can directly help by donating whatever you can.

The PCRF, an incredible organization that provides free medical care and humanitarian aid for children in the Middle East, regardless of their religion or politics. Every child deserves access to essential health services, and your support makes this possible.

Donations empower the PCRF to continue its important work, including efforts such as:

Providing critical medical treatments and surgeries for children in need.
Delivering humanitarian aid to families facing dire situations.
Supporting health professionals and volunteers who dedicate their lives to caring for these children.

With your help, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of countless children. Every contribution counts, and together we can create a brighter, healthier future for those who need it most. Thank you for your generosity!"

To say we're proud of him is an understatement!  If anyone wants to donate, here is the link to his page:

Thanks in advance
