It's dead simple, you pick 1 team from each of the 4 leagues, then you don't have to do anything else except wait for the end of the season

So 1 x prem team, 1 x Champs team, 1 x L1 team and 1 x L2 team.

Their combined league total (end of season) + handicap gives a total score and provides the winner.
