It was interesting to watch the Chelsea v Arsenal first half today. Taylor was throwing around cards like confetti. At St James's Park, Newcastle were allowed to foul us time after time after time with no punishment. In particular Tonali. The contrast in reffing was spectacular. Then there was the sending off. I have seen very similar tackles on City players overlooked by VAR. The very least we should expect is some sort of consistency in approach from refs and VAR but there is none.
