I have heard that somewhere before, ah well never mind.

Good news

KDB could be returning earlier than expected.

Story here

Kevin De Bruyne is in line to return to the Manchester City side for the Champions League group game with Barcelona next Wednesday.

And with his rehab going well, he could even be considered for this weekend's home match with Everton.

De Bruyne damaged his hamstring in the win over Swansea three-and-a-half weeks ago and was sent to Barcelona to be assessed by Dr Ramon Cugat, a trusted specialist who has worked closely with City manager Pep Guardiola in the past.

De Bruyne's injury was not as bad as first feared and he is now set for involvement in at least one of City's next two matches.

There's only one king kev and that's the architect of our amazing last season out of the Prem. Another real turning point. Nevertheless, great news about ginger Kev.

Yes, Gavin great memories indeed.

In 2001 King Kev signed Ali Bernarbia and Eyal Berkovich. Stuart Pearce as well I think. How good was it watching Bernarbia and Berkovich!

He also later on signed Marc Vivien Foe, Nicolas Anelka and Peter Schmeichel.

Sad and happy memories of Marc Vivien Foe. On 26 June 2003, Cameroon were playing Colombia in the semi-final of the 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup in Lyon, France, when he collapsed in the 72nd minute in the centre circle, and died a short time later of a heriditary heart condition. That was heart breaking and shocking at that time, we know a little bit more about heart problems now. City immediately retired his number 23 shirt.

King Kev eventual left 2005 after some good times and some good football.

I particularly remember vividly beating Spurs in the FA Cup February 2004, despite going in at half time 3â€"0 behind and with ten men after the now infamous Joey 'the clown' Barton was sent off. City came back to win 4â€"3. That sparked some celebration for me and a lot of other City fans.

Nice post, thanks!

KDB is close to returning, that's a good thing, don't want him too soon or he'll be limping off again
