Saw them a few times, used to sneak into the ground on Friday nights by scrambling under the corrugated iron fence.

Went see City reserves play there one night in the 90's. Colin Bell and Tony Book were there watching 'em, A fiend and I were sat in the tier just below so we climbed over and sat next to them. Told them 'This lot just plays like first team, fucking shite. I'm off'

Friday night games weren't bad back in the day. County on a Friday, City on a Saturday. Not much fun when they started to think they were better than us though. What a low point being in the division below them.
