The again, in the 23 years of the award so far only 4 times has the PL winning manager not won the award - the last twice being City managers""

I'm sorry but that just sounds bitter and pitiful. We've had plenty of decisions go our way. It's actually a bit surprising city has gathered this many points when you look at the quality of football. And sometimes the ref have gifted us points.
