Well done UEFA, for your pathetic disciplinary non-action. Who says football is corrupt?

STORY LINK

Liverpool have been fined 20,000 euros (£17,500) by UEFA after their supporters threw missiles at the Manchester City team coach ahead of the Champions League quarter-final at Anfield.

Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola has also been suspended by Uefa for one match for his dismissal in the second leg of the tie, with a further match ban suspended for one season.

The message from UEFA as I interpret it, its not ok to protest wrong decisions by referees, but feel free to attack team buses and players from opposition clubs,

gavin

UEFA, Liverpool and that shitty ref should be embarrassed by this but won't be.

zacc

Oh dear can't stand this successful City so cut 'em down to size by penalising the manager,
instead of addressing the inept ref decision, and disgraceful attack on the team bus.
What a joke the CL is!! And no not saying this cos City didn't win it, even if they do in the future will still be underwhelmed  by it.

20,000 euros?   Good grief that's pathetic. They once fined City more than that for being late onto the pitch!!!!!
