Phil looking good.

We looked a bit dodgy in first 10 but finding the rhythm now.

I'm sure with all the time wasting the Newcastle keeper has been doing the ref will be getting his yellow card out any minute....

Mixed first half from City. Great goal from Phil but some poor play too. The refereeing in this country is a disgrace. He's a total non entity when it comes to fouling and time wasting. Though I bet his card comes out if City do it.

Ye, it's just no consistency since we got a load of bookings against Arsenal.

Phil and Jack n all.

It's good that we're winning and looking a bit shit still.

If we can start stepping up a bit more than we'll win the league I'm sure.

An excellent win. We were far from our best but the lads showed spirit. Bernard's goal was a big relief. Great to see Erling play a part in it and get stuck in afterwards. The referee wasn't going to give Jack any protection.

Arsenal win 3 2 after the referee declared 6 minutes injury time and then plays over 8 minutes. Arsenal scoring in the 7th minute of injury time.

Good game, if their attempts had been on target.. As for the handbags, great for team bonding. Ake, Foden and Dias all excellent. Would the occasional long ball to Haaland keep the opposition on their toes, make us less predictable?
