v Burnley
« on: March 18, 2023, 16:58:47 »
XI | Ortega Moreno, Walker, Dias, Laporte, Lewis, Rodrigo, De Bruyne (C), Mahrez, Alvarez, Foden, Haaland

SUBS | Ederson, Phillips, Stones, Ake, Gundogan, Grealish, Gomez, Akanji, Palmer

looks like Phil in centre midfield. Very strong side. Good to see Ayme back. It will be interesting to see Lewis at left back if that is where he is.

Burnley have been very competitive. A bit too competitive at times. Not keen on all the fouling of Phil. He made them pay though with a superb ball for Erling for the second goal. Erling just deadly.

It looks like we are finally reaching top form and consistently. Even so, April will be a very tough month. But for now, second in the league, in the Quarter Finals of the Chumps and the Semi Finals of the FA Cup is an achievement to be proud of.

They've figured out how to play with Haaland. The wild thing is, there is room for him to improve. If he stays fit and we play to his strengths, who knows what we could do.
