New for 2023/24, the Club will introduce a second ticket drop taking place in late October 2023, when thousands of Premier League tickets will be released for the remaining nine home Premier League games. These tickets will be exclusively available to Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members subject to sales criteria.

The decision to introduce a second ticket drop is designed to ensure that Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members have an additional opportunity to buy Premier League tickets once the season has started.

I don't think that there is a specific date as yet.
