More than just "rumours" were the Sterling article is concerned - most likely a pretty accurate assessment of what is going on and how City view this.

Second bid for Sterling coming - around the 35 million mark, but we are unlikely to go much higher. Liverpool's valuation of around 50 million is clearly ridiculous.

A serious offer for Pogba coming as well...
