Is it as good now than it was a few years back ?

We seem to struggle in Europe nowadays

Possibly losing a champions league spot an all

It is clearly far behind the top two Spanish teams in terms of quality though it is a more competitive league than the Spanish. In terms of entertainment, the only really exciting team to watch this season seems to be City. I would say that in most areas the Premier League is falling behind.
