Scousers have spent many, many millions over many years and broken FFP themselves to do so whilst criticising City for spending. They've also spied on City and turned a blind eye to their fans assaulting our players on the coach. They have that odious message 'This means more' going around their ground like they are more important than any other club and then wonder why other clubs don't like them. They are as bad, if not worse, than the rags.

As for Jose, who can take that twot seriously.

The Liverpool 'net spend' is a load of bollocks.  They didn't receive anywhere near the £145m for Coutinho and they sold the debt to a financial investment company, meaning that they'll only receive a percentage of any money owed.  As Gavin has already pointed out, they failed FFP 2 years in a row due to excessive losses, but their bum chums in UEFA turned a blind eye as they accepted that £50m was on ground development, even though not a sod was turned!  They've also received interest free loans from FSG, isn't that the same as financial doping?  Is it any coincidence that these events were overseen by Platini, who is now banned from all footballing activities?
That fiasco with the hacking of the City scouting database should have got them a ban or massive fine, along with a criminal charge as it's white collar stealing!  City were too lenient and should have dragged them through the courts
