Fans are fans, they will cling to anything rather than believe that the opposition are just better. This sums it up from Rodri

"When they faced us here in the Etihad I saw these guys who didn't want to beat us. They just wanted to draw.

That mentality... we wouldn't do it the same way. At the end, if you give us one point we will win the last seven or eight games even with how tough it is, so I think it's in terms of mentality."

Arsenal had a great season but they didn't have the balls to come to the Etihad and win.

Saying this very quietly as expect many of you are a tad fragile this morning,I'm over the blue moon with yesterday's result.
Had to laugh at 5live phone in at non City supporters expressing usual vitriol, 115 charges, bought success , boring know who will win EPL blah blah.
Whereas I'm grateful to have lived to seen most amazing, beautiful football, which has left it's mark in EPL.

Superb four in a row. The only league I thought we would ever win when I was young was D2, the championship as it is now. TBH nothing can ever top the first PL and Aguero. This almost feels flat compared to that. Getting old and not drinking!

No bullshit anyone about City doesn't have history. I hope.

Apart from us having a rich history we added 4 Premier League titles in a row to last seasons treble and winning 5 major trophies in one year.

Stunning achievements.

It's Rodri again. Thank fuck for him. Still some nervous moments but it could have been much worse. Erling must score next week.

I started to relax too early. At my age I should really know better.

Fairly confident Erling will score but we need to tighten up more at the back B even though they only threaten from set pieces.

Comfortable to worrying now.

C'mon City come out on fire serving halls.

It should be all over. Phil immense but Erling needs to finish one second half.
